[ http://www.serial-port-monitor.com/ ]There may be any number of ways to redirect the raw data traffic either from the USB port or serial port inbound on the laptop out another laptop serial port out to the R-VIT. Biggest question is how to get the R-VIT to connect the serial port which we are forwarding the data out so that it can be read. I'm thinking the 12V and ground leads will need to be carried over from the OBD port to the R-VIT then the data pins properly mapped to the r-vit. Not sure about the port settings but I am just guessing one of them must be for clockrate. I think i can just hack up one of my old serial cables and try to bridge the pins like the blazt cable does. Hopefully with the right settings it will work, the conzult software should also continue to work which is kinda cool too.
